Substitute for goat cheese in pasta recipe

I am wanting to make this angel hair pasta recipe l saw today on Everyday jelly belly Italian but l can not stand goat cheese-not even the smell of it! I am a chef and I hate goat cheese, too. I have to use it all moobear the time (because crazy people like it). I'd try feta or just some shaved Registered User pecorino romano (shaved from a block with a vegetable peeler). You can use any type of cheese that you do like. Goat cheese Crash McCallahan just became in fashion a few years back. If you are looking to stay away from dairy then check out tofu/soy, or
rice products.

For Angel Hair, you want something light. Try Feta; you might Corn Fritter wrap it in cheese cloth and hang it overnight to get rid of the moisture.
